We have great working relationships with all hawkes bays top Winery’s, and function centres and take care of all the setup details so you can relax knowing it’s all sorted.  

Q: How long does the band perform for?                                                         A: Standard booking is for a 3 hour duration with one short break (included within the 3 hours) unless otherwise arranged.

Q: What type of music do you play?                                                               A: A wide variety depending on the event and customer. Please check out our extensive song list. We are constantly learning new songs so please ask if you have any special request and we may be able to learn your song.

  • Q: What stage requirement does the band need for their equipment?
  • 3.5m deep x 4.5m wide solid flat stage or floor
  • One standard regulated 240 volt power supply feed to the rear of the stage.
  • Outside events need to provide Top and rear cover to protect instruments from rain or sun damage.
  • Easy load-in load-out access. (rear of stage in Marquees if possible)

    Q: How much time do we need allow for your band setup?    A: We need up to 2 hours to get equipment on site, setup & sound checked.

  • Q: Is my deposit Refundable?                                                                 A:  Yes but only if we can find a replacement gig for the same date less an $150 admin fee or we can reschedule your booking.  

Q: How much will it cost me to hire the Band? 
A: This has to be quoted per event using the online Enquiry form as there are many variables that can effect the price like location, time of year etc.

Q: Do I need to choose the songs the Band play? 
A: We recommend you leave this to us as we have played many functions and know what works, as there are also other things to consider when choosing songs eg instrument changes etc.  We do however welcome any input of songs you like or dislike.

Q: Can I use the Band’s sound system for speeches or Pre/post dinner music? 
A: Sorry due to the complexity you can't use the main band PA sound system. For additional sound or lighting equipment contact – Sight and Sound Services 027316874

Q: Do I need to choose the songs the Band play?  
A: We recommend you leave this to us as we have played 1000’s of functions and know what works to get everyone on the dance floor. We do however welcome any input of songs you like or dislike.

Q: When will you set up for our event?                                                   A: We discuss with client/venue and aim to setup well before guests arrive. This is not always possible due to venue commitments, out of town location or weather.
